Investments Big or Small
Princeton’s real estate market has been an incredibly profitable and stable way to build equity by investing in this great community. If you feel excluded from this market by the skyrocketing property values or can’t find the time to do the due diligence to create great deals, don’t despair. Although the traditional real estate market has created a seemingly unscalable barrier to entry, our team is carving steps of all sizes to allow community members to invest at all different levels and in many different ways. Whether you need to go one step at a time or have the means to jump multiple steps at once, we are here to help you find your way.
- Watch the market update from one of our partners and local real estate expert, Josh Witon. Josh talks in detail about Princeton’s real estate market and whether it is a good time and place to invest.
- The municipality allows all single family zoned properties to have an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Princeton’s rules are one of the most progressive in the country, allowing the ADU to be sold separately. These can be a way to enter the real estate market as a first time home buyer or an investor.
- Other properties not located in single family zones may fall under other recently enacted regulations that encourage creation of “gentle density”. As these properties get developed with boutique rental or condo buildings, they are a great opportunity to invest or purchase a condo unit of your own.
- Our in-house real estate team brings together people looking to build, buy, and invest.
